#76: The Macaroni and Cheese Trail (or "What's the G Word")
Tuesday Jun 26, 2018
Tuesday Jun 26, 2018
Once again, the Core Three are at the Cave of Thrones, discussing why they didn't podcast last week. In a word: drunk. In five words: drunk at The Iron Maidens. From here the talk turns to kids in cages, which then degenerates into a disagreement over whether the US should be in the business of building walls. Which eventually leads to talk about Dennis Rodman making the Trump - Un summit possible, who could talk Al and Gil down from a tower and B-52 respectively, and finally fascist liberals. But the burning question this week? How old IS Ron anyway?

Sunday Jun 10, 2018
The core group is back in the cave of thrones. We start the show discussing the recent Supreme Court ruling regarding a religious baker not wanting to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple. This leads us to a discussion about the "No Shirt No Shoes No Service". We then discuss President Trump considering legalizing weed and he can pardon people who are abuse by the police. We switch to talking about the recent discovering that methane was discovered on Mars but what does that mean? Also, we talk about the media obsession with the whereabouts of Melania Trump which creates an opportunity to rank-order the first ladies based on hotness. We also talk about the changes to the Miss America pageant, championship sports teams not wanting to attend the White House, and then we revisit police brutality. Finally, we talk about a documentary called "The Final Year" that follows the Obama administration through the last 12 months and how he handled the anniversary of the U.S. dropping the A-bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Then we review the "Solo" movie and social justice segments in more recent Star Wars movie. We end the show with a discussion on the NBA Finals with Lebron's Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Kevin Durant's Golden State Warriors and how Dennis Rodman can be an ambassador to other nations.

Friday Jun 08, 2018
Friday Jun 08, 2018
The Core Three are back in action and in The Cave of Thrones. After two weeks the gang has plenty to talk about. Starting with the obvious Rosanne debacle they move on to legalized gambling, Donald Trump news, Gil's new business idea that turns out not to be all that new, and Donald Rump news. They finally round the show out with movie reviews and a deadpool update in an episode that has more endings than Return of the King.

#73: RIP Mini Me (or Who's Your Daddy...Redd Foxx?)
Friday May 11, 2018
Friday May 11, 2018
The Core Three broadcast from The Cave of Thrones this week, where Gil and Belia tell of their mother's sketchy birthday dinner before the conversation turns to the Correspondence Dinner Controversy, the untimely death of Vern Troyer, and another tale of Kanye West's mouth run amok. They follow that up with the problem with Apu, a discussion about fathers, and the concept of catfishing, which someone or something clearly doesn't want Belia to research...

#72: Beverly the Flatulent (or Anybody Want a Peanut?)
Tuesday May 01, 2018
Tuesday May 01, 2018
The Core Three kick off this week's episode at The House of Mirrors with another rumination on the lurking fear and seeming danger of AZ Mills Mall then jump right into Round 3 of the Red for Ed debate. They then switch gears to food allergies, stinky coworkers, and the revelation of Belia's "disgusting" work habit, before downshifting to a more somber ending. But how long can they really maintain a serious tone?

#71: Thank God It's 420 (or Fixing a Hole)
Monday Apr 30, 2018
Monday Apr 30, 2018
This week the Core Three are back in a newly remodeled (For the better?) Cave of Thrones. With it being 4/20 the boys and Belia jump right in to the meaning of "420" and the new bill introduced to legalize MJ on a Federal Level. The four then jump into a discussion about the newly thawed Korean relations and Round 2 of the Red for Ed debate. They finish up with coverage of a T Mobile controversy, an airline tragedy, and a Starbuck's crime story. Too soon?

#70: Red for Ed (or If You Remember, Molly...)
Monday Apr 16, 2018
Monday Apr 16, 2018
Gil and Ron are back at Belia's, but without Al as he had birthday obligations. In a twist, Gil takes a seat in the Guest Chair this week. Thankfully he came with an agenda: Phoenix Suns basketball, the return of Roseanne, and the fallacy of Facebook privacy. The gang then explores the Red for Ed movement, Molly Ringwald's latest literary endeavor, and Gil's favorite topic, The Notebook. Hopefully you have plenty of Kleenex...

#69: Uber Judgement Day (or Happy Anniversary)
Tuesday Mar 27, 2018
Tuesday Mar 27, 2018
The Core Three are back, this time recording at The Funhouse with Belia. E-Steve calls in, not to revoke permission, but to grant it, and in the process gives a shout out to his wife of 16 years and explains how the Chicken Dance ultimately led to Gil, Al, and Belia moving to the Phoenix area. From there the gang talks about the various conspiracies and cabals surrounding the automated Uber gone rogue, whether anyone should disclose their private life for a job, and the concept of paying adult actresses for silence. Hush...

The core 3 is back plus friend-of-the-pod Belia! We jump right in and discuss the recent very-well hosted, edited, and produced non-Gil podcast. We then jump into a review of the recent movie "Black Panther" and ponder whether race played a part in the rapidity of the making of the movie and its release. The conversation switches to why anyone would own a dog given all the inherent problems and Al describes what his dog, Negan, brings to the table. We then talk about the high number of feral cats in our neighborhood and how we deal with them. We then jump to a recent cross-over that James Harden did to Wesley Johnson in a recent NBA game and talk about how embarrassing it was. The friend-of-the-pod eSteve calls in afterwards to discuss various topics including the previous non-Gil podcast, an update from Tucson, and if public-sector labor union membership should be forced on all employees. We then talk about a comedy duo at our local renaissance festival one of which may be Albert’s doppelganger. The conversation then changes to remembering TV shows Three's Company, Seinfeld, and others. We end the show describing how Belia recently decided to invest in herself, why guys should avoid growing bitch-tits, and review some movies that are nominated for Oscars.

#67: The Belia Dip (or Don't Believe Me? Just Watch...)
Monday Feb 26, 2018
Monday Feb 26, 2018
And then there were two. With Gil on sabbatical and a podcast world full of haters, with the help of Belia and Red, Al and Ron fight the power and podcast anyway. The show starts right off with Belia's terrifying tale of a blind date gone wrong. Red shares her troubles just making it to The Cave of Thrones. And Al brings it all home by demonstrating how to definitively pick up girls AND he solves the gun control conundrum, all in the space of 10 minutes...
