#37: White Male Heteronormative

Bonus podcast this week! The group is enjoying a night cap with recurring guests Alicia and La Marca. We jump right into the omnipresent problem of conforming to the "white male heteronormative" that some people believe exist. We go over various workplace scenarios and discuss where sexist and racist moments can occur sometimes without any acknowledgement. We talk about the difference between the terms "woman" and "female" and when to use either one. We study the definition of business success and perhaps how it should be re-structured and defined. We have a thought experiment to see if we can imagine what a world would look like under gender equality in the workplace.

Unfortunately, by the somewhat abrupt end, no one had learned anything and no opinions were swayed.
